Mailing Labels

  1. Click on the Mailing Labels button MailingLabels  on the left side of map.
    A new dialog box will appear on the right hand side of the screen

  2. The mailing label tool has multiple options for generating a mailing list. The first step is to define the report type and buffer distance.
  3. Report Type:Select the type of report you want generated from the drop down box.
      Complete: returns all owners and residents
      Owner Occupant: returns only property owners
      Absentee Owner: returns addresses for property owners who do not reside at the selected property.
      Non-Owner Occupant: returns address where the current resident does not own the property (rental properties).
  4. Buffer Distance: This is a radius distance from which the selected parcel or graphic will be buffered from. The distance cannot exceed 1000ft.
  5. Generate Buffer From: Users have a choice to select a parcel or create a graphic.
      User defined graphic: User draws a graphic on the map from which a buffer is applied.
      User defined point click: User clicks on a parcel to select it and a buffer is applied.
  6. Add individual parcels:Allows a user to select individual properties for a mailing report or append individual properties to a existing list. Select the radio button next to Add individual parcels. Click the parcel in to add it into your selection.
  7. Create Labels: Generates a .PDF report formated in Avery 5160 based on the report type. Once the Mailing Label Results box has been added into the map. Click the Create Labels button to run a report.
